Every homeowner who contacts Speesway Garage Doors should be treated fairly and honestly. If that did not happen for you, tell us. This page shows how to raise a complaint and what comes next. It is a general template, not legal advice.
You are welcome to write to us about:
Providers in our network are independent businesses. Each one sets its own quotes and prices and handles its own workmanship and customer service. If you are unhappy with work on your garage door, start by contacting the provider directly, and keep notes in writing.
Please tell us too. Feedback about providers helps keep the network honest, and a provider that keeps falling short may be removed. Speesway Garage Doors cannot settle contract disputes, refund a provider's work or make decisions on a provider's behalf.

We will confirm by email that we received your message, usually within a few business days. Then we will look into the matter, which may involve contacting the provider. After that, we will reply with what we found and any action we are taking.
If our answer does not satisfy you, reply and ask for a second review. You can also reach out to your state's consumer protection office or attorney general, or to the Better Business Bureau. If the provider holds a license, your state licensing board may be able to help as well.
